Back-to-back installation

A back-to-back installation is when the outdoor unit is on the exterior wall of the indoor unit placement. This installation is simply a back-to-back.

Dogleg installation

Up & over installation

A dogleg installation is similar to a back-to-back installation. But a dogleg installation is when there is an object as a window which denies a back-to-back installation. A dogleg installation is an upside down L shape in which allows us to go around the object as a window.

An up and over installation is when the outdoor unit is on an opposite exterior wall to the indoor unit. This is when refrigeration pipe works must be installed through the roof space of your home.
